Who Knit Ya? (off center view)

Newfoundland is a stunning province.  It’s incredibly beautiful, great for hiking and some of the loveliest people you could possibly meet live there.   I was lucky to get to travel across the province in the summer of 2022. Hiking up Gros Morne on Canada Day will be a memory I shall treasure always – along with the memory of the bruised toe to prove I’d hiked it!

Newfoundlanders have some wonderful colloquialisms but the one I loved the most was Who Knit ya?  used to mean who are your parents.  A delightful phrase.

I’ve recreated that phrase here in Italian Marble and as raised lettering rather than V-Cut.  The shadows play across the letters beautifully.
